fetchDtccCumulativeEvents(businessDate?, options?): Promise<DtccCumulativeRelease>

Downloads and parses a cumulative end-of-day file. With a businessDate it fetches exactly that date, resolving undefined when the file is not published (weekends, holidays, or a day whose file is not out yet — DTCC answers 403 or 404 for both). Without one it walks back from today (UTC) and returns the newest published file, honoring ifNewerThan as a skip hint and since/until as date bounds.
