fetchDtccSliceCatalog(options?): Promise<DtccSliceCatalogEntry[]>

Fetches the intraday slice catalog for one (agency, asset class) pair, ascending by sliceId. The catalog only covers the most recent days; older data lives in the cumulative end-of-day files. since/until bound entries by their file-name business date.
