fetchDtccSliceEvents(slice, options?): Promise<DtccTradeEvent[]>

Downloads and parses one intraday slice. A slice that has rotated out of retention (HTTP 404) resolves to an empty list rather than throwing, mirroring the catalog's rolling window.
