fetchWikipediaTopArticles(options?): Promise<WikipediaPageviewRow[]>

Fetches the requested top-article rows. Resolves an empty list when the day is not published; use wikipediaPageviewsDataSource when the distinction from a published empty day matters, because its fetchRelease resolves undefined for that case.
