Parses Anna's Archive search HTML into works-lane records. Pure: fixture text in, normalized records out, with no network access.

Cover anchors start record blocks. Within each block, the matching plain-text MD5 anchor is the title; author and publisher anchors are found by their semantic icon markers. A response with neither cover blocks nor a recognizable empty-result marker is treated as a layout/configuration failure, not as zero matches.
