parseDtccSliceCatalog(body, options?): DtccSliceCatalogEntry[]

Parses a PPD slice-catalog JSON body. Entries are returned ascending by sliceId — publication order — regardless of the API's ordering. Entries without the catalog's own download URL get one built from agency (default "cftc") and dataBaseUrl.
