parseDtccTradeCsv(text, context?): DtccTradeEvent[]

Parses one DTCC trade CSV (the content of a slice or cumulative ZIP) into normalized events. Pure and total — text in, events out. A row without a Dissemination Identifier is format drift and throws rather than silently dropping trades.
