parseLibgenBooks(html, options): LibgenPage

Parses a result table into coerced rows. Pure: fixture HTML in, rows out.

Throws a config-coded XnewsFetchError when the document contains no recognizable result table at all, because that means the layout moved and a silent empty array would read as "no matches".
