Parses labelled download links out of a mirror page. Pure.

A link qualifies on its target, not on its text. Mirror pages carry a Mirrors heading and Mirror list sort links whose labels match any sensible label whitelist while pointing at /index.php search URLs; keying on the label alone hands the caller a search page labelled as a download.
