Splits a title cell into title, ISBNs, edition, and series.

The cell mixes all four: one anchor carries the title, a sibling anchor may link the series (its href selects the series column), and loose text carries an edition marker and a comma-separated ISBN list. The Python wrappers discard the ISBNs, which is exactly the join key the works lane needs, so they are extracted here and checksum-validated — a nine-digit catalog id or a page range reads as an ISBN-10 otherwise.
