pickYoutubeCaptionTrack(tracks, languages?): YoutubeCaptionTrack

Picks the best caption track for a language preference list: exact code match first, then same base language (e.g. "en" matches "en-US"), with manual tracks preferred over auto-generated ones, then any track at all.
