Response ceiling for one compressed CRA archive. The original 2024 files are 34 KB, 5.4 MiB, and 21.8 MiB, but this higher file-specific ceiling leaves room for revised disclosure archives without weakening other HTTP consumers' shared 32 MiB ceiling.
