Response ceiling for a CDR bulk archive. The TSV products run 1-18 MB, but the CDR serves UBPR single-period ratios only as XBRL at about 100 MB, so the shared 32 MiB default would reject a product the page legitimately offers. Sized for headroom as the filer count and schedule set grow.
